What began as a modest construction company has today snowballed into a group that has earned a position for itself and is growing by the day.

With an experience of more than a decade, the Prithvi1 Group is known for its construction and warehousing industry in and around Bhiwandi, Mumbai & Panvel. The company has carved a niche for itself in the rural areas of the business community. Right from its inception the group has diligently followed its principles of innovation, commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. No wonder then, it enjoys an unrivalled reputation and great goodwill, otherwise rare in the industry.

Complimenting its dedication and focus is the company's belief in employing nothing short of the latest in technology. All leading to achieving total customer satisfaction, with every single project.

Apart from construction, the Prithvi1 Group also deals with investors, lending institutions and global corporates in various sectors like industrial, commercial and logistics. Not to mention core competence of dealing in real estates like warehousing, storage houses, packaging and forwarding premises, shops, offices and apartments.

Prithvi1Group has started its activities long way back in 1993’s with the construction of old Arihant Complex, Walpada; comprising of 67 RCC Buildings totally occupied with the satisfaction of Investors & Customers.

Prithvi Complex, Kalher Village; spreads in 48 acres of land had already given away the comfortable possession of 30 RCC buildings approximately 7 Lakhs Sq. Ft. area and still moving fast to provide the possession of another 2 lakhs Sq. Ft. in the next 12 months period.

Globe Complex, Dapoda; spreads in 65 acres of land gave possession of 16 lakhs Sq. Ft. further construction are in progress for another 6 lakhs Sq. Ft. commited possession by March 2009.

Prathmesh Complex, Saravli; spreads in 28 acres of land had already given away possession of 4 lakhs Sq. Ft. & further construction are in progress for another 7 lakhs Sq. Ft.

Harihar Complex, Sonale Village; spreads in 68 acres of land had already given away possession of 2 lakhs Sq. Ft. & further construction are in progress for another 5 lakhs Sq. Ft.

Prithvi Residency, Anjurpatta; residential property comprises of 3 seven storied Towers have given away the possession.

Moksh Mahal, Mulund (W), residential premises comprising 25-storied Tower reaches the completion of 22nd Floor, will ready for the possession by end of 2008.

Ashra Warehousing Park & Prathmesh, Panvel; spreads in an area of 500 acres of land already started construction activities given away possession of 5 lakh Sq. Ft. area.

Yogi Realty Pvt. Ltd. Pimplas, Nasik Highway; spreads in an area of 228 acres of land is about to take off the Industrial Complex developments by end of 2008.
